Quality Inn

Pretty old hotel . Descent shape for the age. Furniture could use an update. Beds were good. Overall clean but not so much attention to detail. There was a plastic loop from a clothes price tag on the couch when we arrived. Still there when we came back in the evening after room was cleaned and beds made. Can't really complain for the price of a room per night it is very reasonable. As long as your not looking for luxury I would say it is ok for a night or 2 if the smell of weed in the hallway doesn't bother you. Good hot water, soap, cold ac, and clean towels. Not gonna get that in a lot of hotels for less than $60 a night.

The area around this Quality Inn seems a bit run down but once we stepped inside it was so nice and clean and the room was in excellent condition. Would definitely come back here. The staff are so kind and they keep everything very secure. The Mexican restaurant nearby is delicious, too, but for more eating options you have to go to the next exit.

OMG...Mom, Gambit & Judo....I was so pleased to have stayed for 2 nights and 3 days @ Quality Inn. It was Perfect for my two pets and myself. I had an Emergency and it was so Important for me to find a Pet Friendly Hotel/Motel/Inn. I had no problem finding it. Easy directions. Best room. Clean. Breakfast was Good. Management was Great! Truly Recommend for Parents of Pets .

If the front desk personality is the face of the hotel, this one's got five stars for me! I had several circumstances which he was willing to work around AND did it with a smile:) the bed was cozy, no backache in the morning for me today and the breakfast is actually a breakfast... it's not hard to start out a new day from this hotel, and I will be back again -thank you!!

I almost, almost didn't stay here because of some of the horrible reviews people had left. I'm just glad that I was taught to never judge people or places solely on the word of others! If I had then I wouldn't have found this little gem! Even with the reviews I made our reservations and we showed up Sunday evening as scheduled. The hotel is very easy to find, exit 17 off of I-85N and you'll see it on the right! I entered the office and was greeted by a most pleasant young woman that after saying welcome proceeded to quickly & efficiently get me checked in. I had requested a first floor room because of my use of a cane and was happily accommodated! Now I'm checked in, keys in hand and my husband & I knew that the final truth (whether the reviews were justified or not) would be known once inside the room! We were pleasantly surprised! The room was very clean, the carpet appeared new as the microwave & refrigerator did! The towels, hand towels & wash clothes were new and extra large! We had a Cali king bed w/new mattresses and the bed linens, blanket & bedspread were clean, smelled nice & the pillows were great! Very comfortable! The flat screen tv had wonderful clarity, the remote worked great & there are more than enough channels! Every light in the room worked and there were more than enough working receptacles in the room for phone & ipad charging! The shower had wonderful pressure & lots of hot water! And the a/c......perfect! The pool is open and gorgeous! Whoever takes care of the chemical processing is doing a great job! Not too much chlorine (You can swim and not worry about your eyes burning or smelling like chlorine for days!) The pool area has new tables w/umbrellas, chairs & plenty of lounge chairs for tanning! No worries about safety, the entire hotel is so we'll lit with "working" security cameras present! The only thing I could find wrong with the hotel is that it doesn't have adequate parking which I'm sure they will be working on next! They are pet friendly with a $10 a day non refundable fee which I find not so bad considering that other pet friendly hotels in the area are charging anywhere from $25 - $50 a day, yes a day non refundable fee. I am so glad that I took it upon myself to look into the Days Inn here instead of going by the reviews. Now if you are a person that is used to paying the high price of the Hilton's, Holiday Inns, Hampton Inns that often time offer less than this place does in the way of amenities and usually aren't pet friendly then yes this won't be your cup of tea. But if you're a cost conscious traveler that enjoys being treated well without spending an arm & a leg then by all means check this place out! You won't be disappointed! My husband & I will definitely be returning when in the area again! Oh and just to let all of you that I know are wondering know, I am not related in anyway to the owners, management or any employee! I'm just a cost conscious traveling person that enjoys a good hotel at a reasonable price!

Descent place to crash for the night. Good water pressure in shower, ac blew very cold.rooms kinda small and cramped with furniture. They are under renovation. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was meh. Very small oddly shaped parking lot. If you are driving a RV or truck with trailer I'd stay elsewhere. There is a big side lot at pancake house you can use, but they want you to leave by 7.

The clerk and Manager were both pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Room was big. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was big and clean. Towels were fluffy. Full set of bath supplies. Ice machine worked. Pool was open and clean. Only complaint was the outdoor hallway film of cigarettes.

Great stay, spacious room! Husband enjoyed breakfast...I hung out in the room and didn't leave much. Shower/bath easy to step into, nice and low. Only negative....easy to hear traffic especially sirens.

There isn't always much differentiating hotel chains like this but at least for this location, we can say the management there is awesome to work with. In our case, we ended up in a tight spot juggling reservations and ended up booking a room we didn't want and the manager present made exceptions to the rules on our behalf to make sure we weren't charged unfairly for anything (a rare thing to come by for similar hotels in my experience). I'd definitely stay there again!

The staff take the extra time to wipe down and clean the most used areas such as remote control. The general manager is very hands on and really concerned about his customers and there stay.. would recommend to all my family and friends. :)
